This is our fourth second had 3 series. Have brought all 4 to JCL for assessments and repairs. I rely on honesty and expertise. I can’t say I have ever been disappointed.

Having a reliable and trustworthy mechanic is so valuable. Especially when you drive German cars! JCL has been servicing our BMWs for years. I love that the technicians and receptionists talk to us and explain the issues in a way that we can understand. I love the use of technology, texts, and pictures that capture exactly what's going on with the car and the breakdown they give to explain what should be done first versus what can wait. We will continue to service our cars there and when we're ready, upgrade to a newer BMW.

They service all of my vehicles from inspections to service work, always honest and easy to deal with. The icing on the cake is how they will find the time to fix a flat tire for a client during one of their busy days. That is the type of loyalty that warrants my business. You will not be disappointed with JCL.

I would like to thank JCL Automotive for helping me find the right tires for my Tesla Y at a reasonable price. I truly appreciate how quickly they were able to service my vehicle when I was in urgent need of new tires. Everyone at JCL Automotive is wonderful—friendly, professional, and kind. I have been bringing my car here every year since purchasing it because I trust them to take great care of it, especially for annual inspections and maintenance. I highly recommend JCL Automotive to anyone in need of reliable automotive service, particularly for foreign vehicles. Their excellent customer service, fair pricing, and quality work keep me coming back year after year.

Did very good quality work on my crossfire. Would definitely have them do work on my car again. Hard to find mechanics that know German cars enough to feel comfortable. Many places won’t touch my car because it’s Mercedes with a Chrysler badge and they don’t feel comfortable when it’s basically just an SLK. I appreciate the customer service JML gave me as a first time customer. Update. After going to change my rear pads and rotors I noticed that they stripped 2 different bolts on my car. I know this because they were the last place to service it. They stripped a small bolt that holds on the rotor which isn’t a big deal, but after that I was talking my caliper out and one of the 2 bolts was loose, thought that was odd. Looked at it more and all the threads in my rear hub were completely gone, moved my backing plate an saw all the threads fall to the ground. Whomever installed it definitely didn’t use a torque wrench and just used a 1/2 impact on max torque. I’m now stuck either drilling and taping it to a larger size or using heli-coil. Their labor rate wasn’t cheap so I thought everything would be done by the book. Very disappointed and now a simple brake job is more in depth, bu
